PROGRAMS COMING SOON
Soul Siblings Group Therapy
Many of the experiences that impact our mental health happen in community. Healing in community can be a powerful form of growth and provide us with opportunity to address unresolved concerns in real time. Group therapy is beneficial because you get the experience of community with a trained therapist "in the room", so to speak. Combine all these benefits with the added bonus of experiencing this with other Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), and you have Soul Siblings Therapy. This group takes time to build, so once we have the interest of several BIPOC we can offer it.
Soul Siblings Accountability Meet-Ups
Similar to some of the benefits of group therapy, we can learn and grow in our mental health, wellness and survival when we have the accountability of other folx who have similar goals. Our community invites folx together throughout the year to create learning opportunities in our Soul Siblings Accountability spaces. Follow @drkimburdine on Instagram, Facebook & Twitter to stay in the know about these opportunities. We also determine accountability topics through our social media following and engagement, so be sure to "like" and comment on our posts.
